I took one for the team and went in on Monday. 

• interesting set up. I was told by the receptionist that they are waiting on brothel license and do not offer any sexual services.

I visited here yesterday. Honestly don't think the place can quite decide what its trying to be at the moment. All the ladies walking around in lingerie yet the receptionist not letting me cross the threshold until i acknowledged "no sexual services."
