Important things to know….

- Discretion, professionalism and hygiene are at the heart of my practice and this guarantees a service of the highest quality.
- New clients are required to process a 20% deposit onto my bank account to secure the booking. Appointments are not secured until the deposit has cleared. I charge for my time and my time only. 
What happens during that time is entirely at my discretion. in 99% of cases I happen to want the same thing as my clients; Having said that, if we both want something completely different, ultimately I will do what I want.
