Some say a blokes cock is the "love muscle" unfortunately it is not, so the more it is used, the less sensitive it becomes and therefore less effective in delivering its load. Pussy, however is the love muscle, so it can be argued that more exercise is beneficial as for any other muscle, but overuse can also be undesirable for continued peak performance.
