I absolutely value my privacy. Not gonna pay $400/hr and sit in the public lounge room sipping orange juice with a bunch of guys for an hour waiting for a girl to become available. Thats extremely poor service.

 

Langtrees' gonna have to seriously rethink its business model if it wants to attract punters.

Yes, I'm talking about punters who booked in advance. Makes no difference. There's no guarantee that the girl you booked will be available when you arrive. It seems they take multiple bookings and  not bother warning you about it. One punter told me he walked out after 3hours of waiting coz he was told the girl he booked had her session extended  with another cliente, They kept trying to sell her other girls but he declined, got up and left.

Wow thats pretty crap, Should of left after the first 30 minutes. Theres nothing you can really do about it though. What if you had a 1 hour booking and thought fuckit i want another hour after this? it happens.

Its funny. They try and sell themselves on the idea that they are upper market. But the reviews show clearly that its just as badd a odds as an asian joint. But I presume the model works well enough. .. like when u take an ordinary product and boost the price to make it high class.... this marketing has worked before. No doubt the guys with big dollars feel good about paying higher.

Never had a problem at Langtrees.

 

Enjoy "the model". Always a very nice selection of ladies to choose from and generally a friendly staff.

 

Each to their own I guess - but I do find it to be a much higher standard of venue than others in Perth.

I was there just recently and didn't have a bad experience at all. I'm not inclined to go junto details with the lady, and I didn't mind the room while waiting for her. It makes it feel more comfortable in my opinion. And you know everyone else in there drinking is waiting for the same thing as us all. There was only one downside. I booked the lady but ended up waiting almost an hour. Was almost at the point of walking out but I made a booking so I stuck to it. It's just what I do, in business and pleasure. The lady was fucking awesome. I'll post up something later about her. I had a ball. This was on the back of an absolute horror of a booking the night before with a 'private'.

Have been to langtree few times, The service depends on each girl. Some of them are very good and accommodating, some not so much. Only problem is you have to experiment with them to find your "perfect" pick. I would say they are the best brothel in perth by far. Yes in terms of service and accommodation. Their premise and quality of girls are much higher than other brothels in town.

 

In saying that they did charge quite a bit for some time but now they have new management. The people running the business now are a group of old ladies. Much more friendly than the old owners by far. Why am I saying that? because of personal experience when I had a quarrel with the old owners when they made me pay in advance and I had to wait for quite some time. The recent experience has been a good one no fuss.

 

I had similar experience as some of you other guys where I had booked in advance but had to wait for long, Upon seeing the lady I booked I asked her why did this happen? and she replied that sometimes people who book don't show up to their appointment or are late. So they naturally take what business they get. Remmber if you are a girl working there, you are competing with others for business and you take what you get. If a client wants an extra hour then instead of rejecting him and waiting for the booked client to show up. you could potentially not only lose your booked client (If he doesn't come) you would lose the previous client who wanted an extra hour as well because he might be upset. So cant criticize them for this reason.
 

Recently they have dropped their prices, It used to be $450 in call now its become $400. If you do book in advance its highly likely you will get to see the WL on time. I haven't written a review because the WL I used to see has quit. The place definitely does have its benefits such as ATM, you can pay by card, Taxi service. They do have their negatives which is some girls are too greedy and charge extra for so many things, some rooms need refurnishing, sometimes you may have to pay in advance to secure your time if more than 1 guy wants to see the same girl (Happened once before) but as I said you may have to experiment and find your pick.

I went a year ago to visit this place. Went into the Lounge area found a lady I liked( sorry cant remember her kiwi girl tats on her nice overall). Returned twice and both times was asked to pay before I entered to view. Not like other establishments where they mite take you to a room for intros or meet them individually. I said can't I meet them first n they said deposit first. So I declined and left never to return. Don't bother.

Okay - my two cents.

 

Before they took $50 from the amount you paid upfront and let you go. Now, it's different - they give you a voucher card of the whole amount that you paid upfront, which you can use next time. Is this a good idea? Personally, I'd prefer they take $50 and give me what's left. This whole idea of sitting in the lounge doesn't work and I think it screws up the whole experience. The girls aren't friendly and normally after three sentences that they say, the fourth would be to ask you whether you want to book them. If it's no, then they leave and go chit-chat with the other girls (sometimes labeling you as a time-waster). If you stay a bit too long in the lounge, even the receptionist starts putting pressure for you to take a girl. I've always stayed twenty minutes there max!

 

Voucher? I hear what you're saying but what if the punter is not to come here again (and is from overseas), what if he needs his money to go have fun somewhere else, what if he can't keep this voucher in his wallet in case his partner sees it?

 

Secondly, from my experience, before one pays the upfront fee, the receptionist always advises this "Plenty of girls. We have at about xx number of girls working right now and it's impossible not to find one you like". This happened to me a few times. Then, when I get in, I soon realize this is not true. There wasn't xx number of girls on - only a few actually. How do they look now? I hate to say it, but it looks like a scam! I think langtrees should give the money back, be it that they promised 30 girls when you handed the money...

 

On the good side, they put a menu (similar to the ones that you can see in restaurants, except it comes with sex services) on each table. Please note that not all girls do all those extras. They have all sort of things on this menu, and you can pick two extras for $50. Extras on the list are DFKs, DATY, Fingering your bum, spanish, etc...

 

The quality of the girls used to be really bad! But it has improved a little bit somehow, although it's still not that great. The good-looking girls are those who are visiting Perth and they have worked in Sydney parlours before. 

 

From my personal experience, the receptionists are very rude and I had issues with them. Because of them, I wont go there ever again! I have my voucher and I wont use it.

 

I still wouldn't recommend langtrees although the menus on each table is an improvement.

I respect your opinion and experience LCA, but isn't it strange how two people can have polar opposite experiences at the same venue. It sounds like you don't enjoy the lounge scenario which is fair enough. But I thoroughly enjoy it and feel like a kid in a candy store or a king with a harem perhaps.

 

I am very friendly to all the ladies and staff and enjoy a conversation, so in return I get nothing but the same back and no pressure to book at all. There is a deposit upfront which I accept and understand, because in a lounge environment no doubt there would be many who just come to hang out, perve and not ever book.

 

If you go there with a confident and friendly attitude that's what you will get back. Also dressing well, being groomed and smelling nice goes a long way too.

 

Some girls and staff may vary in attitude of course, but isn't that just life in general. I just choose to politely move away from those I don't click with and endeavour to click and spend quality time with others. That's the beauty of the lounge arrangement, you can establish a connection prior to entering a booking which is impossible in a cattle call scenario.

I have to admit, I had a really positive experience at Langtrees. I've recently relocated to Perth and have found it to be one of the only parlous I return to regularly.  I've seen a couple of girls on site and have had a double booking there also and all have been great experiences. I've also made a couple of outcall bookings which have also been awesome.  The first time I went I was a little uncomfortable with the lounge atmosphere and the lady I met, Christina, I actually took back to my apartment in the city. The receptionists were really friendly and waved the outcall charge and asked if I could actually take Christinia to my apartment instead of having a driver pick her up, which was great as it gave me a good chance to talk to her before the booking started.  It has become my local so to speak.

Esquires hands down for me. I'm not comfortable with the whole paying before you enter situation at langtrees and the open social type setup. Much prefer 1 on 1 meet with girls and then you select and pay or leave if you are not happy. Have been frequent at esquires for over a year now. The place is and setup is so comfortable. None other like it in Perth imo

I agree with you, Bostitch. I've been a regular at Esquire now for a long time and I am very happy with the whole set up. Great girls and friendly, helpful staff. Also, it is a lot handier for me than Langtree...and cheaper too.

Langtrees business model is not my type. I prefer Caseys, La Cherie and Esquire.

Casey's? No offence but when I visited that place it was disappointing, the girls were ugly and on drugs. Haven't been recently so maybe things have changed. The receptionist was more friendly than Langtree's have to say. Need to check out Esquire.

I agree there has been a drop in quality at Caseys since Sophie left. She used to be the star attraction at Caseys. She was the main reason I visited Caseys and sampled a few others in the process. Probably the second most expensive brothel after Langtrees.

 

As for La Cherie, I've always found the odd gem in there every now and then. I've walked out once without a punt coz their girls didn't really seem interested in the intros and I wasn't interested in them either. I'll return to check them out coz there are some new girls on their website.
