Most have an employment section of their website, which should be OK as it is not a paid advertisement. I think it is fairly obvious to most people that it is a work opportunity and Google does the rest.

I don't agree. Pre Covid era it was common to get a intro of 8-10 plus girls now you would be lucky to get 1 or 2 and not the popular one's most likely the new girls.
